I'm Irina Kalinina
It's a feeling of being at home,
where it's safe and welcome to be who you are.
It's liveliness and curiosity
toward the new things in life.
It's a feeling of being fully present.
and my own experiences dealing with exactly this issue.
And I had no clue what was wrong with me.
but on the inside I felt lost, disconnected, lonely and very unhappy…
I began my career as a corporate lawyer after graduating from law school and worked for several years before I founded a real estate appraisal firm.
Then I shifted towards finances and worked as an auditor in a bank.
At age 26 I was established financially, had a family and friends.
People around me thought I was happy and even purposeful.
i spent most of my life trying to live up to other people's ideas of success, and largely succeeding at it.
Ultimately, I couldn’t be happy, feel free, or even really love others because I had buried my authentic self so deep.
I was unhappy in myself, and nothing on the outside could shift that. Not praise, not accomplishments, not financial success, not even friends or partners.
i didn’t enjoy my life or the world around me as I experienced it.
I prioritised and appreciated others more than myself.
my inner world was overwhelmed with other people's emotions, expectations and demands.
I could not bring myself to be spontaneous, joyful or open. I couldn’t trust my feelings or intuition. I suffocated in the cage of my mind.
my inner life was suppressed by my own mind.
Looking back now, I can tell you that...
But our joy and happiness eventually fade away if we prioritise something not aligned with our true nature.
these things are valued in our society far more than:
it usually means we are following a more masculine way of living:
When we are ‘high achievers’ and ‘successful’ in the conventional sense,
But the true invitation happened when I took hypnotherapy training for students with high sensitivity and hypnoability.
It was a natural decision to study psychology. My first “Alma Mater” was Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis, where I spent a whole year tapping into who I am, how I feel and what I really think.
And it was a huge relief to start doing that. I never paid attention to myself in that sense before. I realized that I had completely abandoned my inner world.
Art therapy, transpersonal psychology, Gestalt therapy, NLP, analytical psychology of Carl Jung and so much more were my first loves and inspiration.
I quit my job and moved to Moscow to start a new life and find my answers.
I learned how to use my own intuition, sensitivity and inner guidance to communicate with the subconscious mind. I learned how to put aside my rational mind. How to really start listening.
Can't wait to meet you!
My approach has been constantly evolving
to reach deeper levels to help my clients reveal and free the authentic self.
Now I am happy to introduce my work to English speaking clients.
Wilderness and nature, whispers of the forest and splashing waves of the ocean affects me more deeply than anything else.
I can spend hours taking pictures and looking for enchanting places.
HERE are some of them!
I love to change my habitat, moving 18 times in 8 cities around the world so far.
7 years ago I landed in Northern California and have lived here ever since.
One of my favorite countries is Japan.
I love to explore Japanese culture, traditions and food, and enjoy studying the language.
I love cooking dishes from different cuisines of the world - Russian, Italian, French, Spanish, Mexican, Thai, Peruvian and American.
If invited into my home, you’ll probably get to try my signature Ceviche, tuna tartare, Japanese salmon chowder with miso soy-milk broth and Peruvian Lomo Saltado.
Insights and realizations might happen during a session or afterwards (sometimes both).
We create a safe and nourishing environment for the deep therapeutic work.
I intuitively connect to your energetic imprint, and then work alongside with my and yours Spirit Guides.
I deliver “the inner landscape” of your current reality. It includes understanding of blockages that keep you stuck and releasing them out of the body.
The best way to describe the process - intuitive reading with a therapeutic twist.
Each session is at least 1.5 hours long. We go deep and it takes time to get there.
We work towards creating new possibilities and discovering new paths to get there.
